Off Limits
Heed my warning:
The following questions are off limits/taboo as far as I am concerned:
Do not ask me when I am doing my oral candidacy exam/proposal defense.
Do not ask me how the research is going.
Do not ask me what my data means.
Do not ask me when I plan on graduating.
Do not ask me when I am submitting my manuscript for publication.
Yes, I am feeling very overwhelmed right now...

William: Actually, I can say it in two languages since I am bilingual. Although my chemistry background could prove to be rather interesting in the field you propose... :-)
